Are you interested in becoming a personal trainer? We're hosting an AAAI/ISMA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Course! An instructor from the American Aerobics Association, Inc. (AAAI) will lead this course covering:
- Fundamentals of exercise science
- Nutrition basics
- Designing training plans
-Conducting fitness assessments
-Principles to help clients reach their goals
At the end of the training, participants will take a Personal Trainer exam to receive their certification. Additional study materials may be purchased ahead of time but are not mandatory.
This course is open to members and non-members. Registration is required and closes on August 1. The cost of the course is $149.
