LANDLORD WEEK

The Landlord Affairs Unit is excited to present Landlord Gateway 2025: Landlord Week Workshops, taking place May 19–23, 2025. This week-long event, hosted in collaboration with all Gateway partners, will feature expert-led seminars, interactive training workshops, and information sessions focused on strengthening landlord-tenant relationships, improving property management practices, and expanding access to stable housing solutions. Take the Market-Frankford line to the 46th Street Station. When exiting, walk north, past the Aldi, and the building is on the left. Follow the signs to the North Lobbies on the side of the building facing Haverford Avenue.
