Grand Opening VIP Preview: Wine Garden at Navy Yard

Get ready to make history with us at the Philadelphia Navy Yard! Owners mother-daughter duo Nazaret Teclesambet and Favian Sutton invite you and a guest for a VIP first-look at the new location for The Wine Garden - and Brunch in the Garden.

One of Philadelphia's fastest growing Black-owned, women-owned businesses will expand this year with TWO locations for summer and fall starting with a six month pop-up at the historic Admiral's Quarters and grand lawn at the Navy Yard.

BRUNCH IN THE GARDEN PREVIEW

All aboard! Experience Brunch in the Garden with an afternoon filled with unlimited mimosa bar and sangria, curated brunch bites, live entertainment, photo-ready moments and good vibes all around.

Come ready to make memories ahainst the backdrop of the Navy Ship and water in the on your way to the decked out tent and stations on the Admiral's Quarters grand lawn. Come dressed chic and brunch fabulous (think summer style, statement pieces and photo-ready outfits). Come eat, sip, snap and celebrate the start of The Wine Garden brunch season and even bigger, come celebrate a new chapter for Tfhe Wine Garden fam.

RSVP AND GENERAL INFO

Guests are recommended to arrive between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Registration and first drink start pouring at 3:30pm - and brunch bites and entertainment starts at 4:00pm.

Complimentary parking is available. We will send directions to parking prior to the event.

ABOUT THE WINE GARDEN

The Wine Garden is the creation of the mother daughter duo, Nazaret and Favian. The bond between the two would be the catalyst to building a business like no other, the only women black-owned wine garden in the city of Philadelphia. What began in 2019 as a simple idea to bring a beautiful outdoor space to their community, has turned into what we all know as The Wine Garden today.

The two are Philadelphia natives and were inspired by beer gardens. They wanted to re-create an environment where wine lovers could enjoy the same vibrant venues. The Wine Garden is a place for new and experienced wine drinkers alike. During the unfortunate COVID 19 Pandemic, the two began to brainstorm new ways to bring people together safely, and brunch in the garden was born. Last season, the wine garden opened its doors to a second location in center city.

The Wine Garden is an urban oasis, that transcends norms. It inspires creativity, breeds elegance, promotes open dialogue and delivers a wide range of new experiences. Now that our vision is finally a reality, we can’t wait to continue on this amazing journey with you all.
