​About your Facilitator:

​Sam Zeff is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Intuitive Guide, renowned for his ability to hold space with both raw honesty and deep compassion. Formerly based in Los Angeles, he has worked extensively with Pause Studio and other high-end wellness spaces specializing in cold plunge, sauna, and breathwork journeys. His own profound personal transformation led him to the life-changing power of Breathwork—an awakening that ignited his mission to share this practice with others.

​Through his work with individuals and groups, Sam helps people break through limiting patterns, shift their perspectives, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. With an unwavering dedication to truth and self-discovery, he empowers others to step boldly into their power, trust their inner wisdom, and pursue the life their soul is calling them to live.
