Drawing from Nature Workshop

Learn from nature during this outdoor workshop in the Sculpture Garden. Krishna Reddy created images of plants, insects, water, and humans that—while abstract—demonstrate his close observation of nature. Inspired by the exhibition Krishna Reddy: The Movement of Life and the artist's avant-garde education at Kala Bhavana (Institute of Fine Arts) in Santiniketan, India, participants will explore the forms and structures of the natural world by experimenting with drawing and frottage techniques.

Things to know:

- Meet in the Great Stair Hall.
- No experience necessary; materials will be provided.
- Limited capacity; registration recommended.
