Art Taryan AKA Zen Steady has devoted his life to music, healing, and to the mystical arts of ascension. He is a multi-instrumentalist, a DJ and electronic music producer with a focus on Organic House and Medicine Music.

Additionally, he is sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and a neotantra yogi. In the spirit of peace, Art conducts free guided meditation and sound bath streams every Monday evening. It is best to connect with him over Instagram at ZenSteady. Blessings.

Jacob is the founder of Solutions For Evolution, Cacoon Philly & a founding Organizer for Dance Medicine Philly since its conception in 2017.

He has been teaching yoga for 8 years now, with the Mission to assist students in Rediscovering what it means to be Human & Empowering folks to BE the Solutions For Evolution our planet is desperately seeking! Jacob spends his time between the concrete jungle of Philadelphia and the real Jungle of Costa Rica sharing the SFE philosophy.

His classes are filled with enthusiasm and always incorporate a thoughtful spiritual theme that is weaved together into his fluid style of vinyasa that combines Asana, Qi Gong, Dance elements & Breathwork. You can be sure to walk away from a class feeling inspired with a liberated sense of your inner child!

We are excited to share our collective Dance Medicine in this amazing community where consent, authentic communication, support & love rest at the foundation & core. In order to keep things safe in these uncertain times we ask that you take the necessary health precautions you feel called to take for yourself and respect the choice of others. (If you have felt sick, had a fever or cough, please do not attend.) Masks are welcome if that is appropriate for you, they will not be enforced.

Dance Medicine Philly is a drug & alcohol free event. We ask that there is no talking on the dance floor and no cameras used during the event. Please respect this as our intention is to offer folks a safe, supportive place to dance, move wiggle and wobble into full self expression.

Some things to consider bringing: Water bottle, yoga mat, something warm to cover with for the sound healing, acoustic instruments such as drums/rattles, fire and flow toys like hula hoops, juggling balls, and poi.

Come whenever you can arrive. If you need to come in late or leave early, this is ok. Kids of all ages are welcome too!!

GUIDELINES ::

1. Dance however you wish

2. No talking on the dance floor

3. Respect the space, honor yours and other boundaries

4. No drugs or alcohol

5.No shoes on the dance floor (unless foot protection is necessary)

6.No cameras or recording on the dance floor

Refund Policies:

1. We do not accept refunds, if you cannot make the event for some reason we advise you to sell your ticket on our Dance Medicine Philly Facebook group page!
