Chef Clara Park will teach you how to portion out and prepare beautiful fish filets, pan sear fish perfectly and make the perfect accompaniment: beurre blanc. Fish cookery doesn't have to be scary, students in this class will learn the techniques and skills to make these restaurant quality fish dishes: wine poached fish with beurre blanc, pan seared salmon with potatoes rosti and mixed green salad with red wine vinaigrette.
