We’ll start with the regal Cabernet Sauvignons of Maipo where Bordeaux dreams were replanted and reimagined. Then we head south to the haunting old-vine País of Bio-Bio a grape once dismissed now revered—the ancestral thread that links the Old World to the New. From the cool-climate elegance of Casablanca Pinot Noir to the rustic soul of Itata’s Carignan and natural wines you’ll taste a living archive of Chilean identity.
