We’re bringing the ride somewhere sunny. Lights down, projector on, and a visual escape that makes you forget it’s winter—if only for a little while.

This class is beginner-friendly and coach-led, with simple cues, clear structure, and full permission to ride at your own pace. Just a solid ride, good music, and a reset for your nervous system.
