"*8x8 - Fill in Your Squares!"

The Country Lawyer Gallery of the Arts invites you to submit work for our "8x8" Show which will be an opportunity for artists to help support the CLGA and to also sell their work. This event will happen just weeks before the Holidays, giving people a chance to purchase original art for gifts!

There are no submission fees nor are there a commissions. All art will be sold at $20.00 for each piece and will be split. $10/$10 equally between artist and a donation to CLGA. Art will be limited to 8" outside dimensions including frame. However, frames are not necessary as long as the piece is wall ready with clips, wire or other inventions. CLGA cannot be responsible for rigging art without a frame but we have alternative methods of attachment. Please call ahead for specifics. Our walls are not able to accommodate nails as they are, for the most part, stone.

Artists can submit as many pieces as they like - we are encouraging this. We will be pushing sales as this is the object of the show. But we will be hanging the show to look great as well. We would like to cover our walls with small art of any kind. There are no limitations to medium and we encourage artists young, old, in-between, any persuasion, experience or ability to submit! We are also looking for original art. Photo is fine but we want to have our visitors be able to purchase original work, so, please, no prints.

Our drop off and pick up dates are solid. If art is not picked up within 4 days after pick up dates, we reserve the right to keep the art for auction at a later date unless you specifically arranged otherwise. We have literally no storage so please be mindful of this schedule.

Pick Up - November 30-December 1
