Grab a partner and get ready to sweat, tag, and gobble up the competition in our Turkey Day Tag Team Relay!
This two-person relay pairs one cardio champ with one strength star, but teamwork is the real name of the game! Your goal: complete every leg of the relay as fast as possible, tagging each other in as needed to keep the momentum going.
You can add weights to the strength exercises if you want an extra challenge. Just remember: the finisher is done together, and the fastest team time wins! 🏁 10 teams per heat, each heat runs every 15 minutes...
💪The Relay Breakdown:
Cardio #1: ½ mile on the bike (done by cardio person only) into
Strength: 100 squats + 100 push-ups (tag in anytime) into
Cardio #2: 100 jump ropes or jumping jacks (tag in anytime) into
Strength: 50 plank shoulder taps (tag in anytime) into
Team Finisher: 20 burpees together
Split the reps however you like. Just keep moving until every rep and every mile is complete!
