Star Party at Pflugerville 1849 Park

Our next AAS public star party will be at Pflugerville's 1849 Park this coming Friday, Sept. 5, from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. The address is 16430 Cameron Rd., Pflugerville, TX 78660.

The public is invited to look in our telescopes to observe the sky. We’ll show such objects as the gibbous Moon, Saturn, galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and more.

Festivities will take place at the football field by the restroom/picnic table pavilion in the NW corner of the park by parking lot B. See map: : http://apm.activecommunities.com/pfrecreation/Activity_Search/2457

There is no entrance fee for the star party or the park.
Drinks and snacks will be available. Outside food and drink are allowed. No glass containers.
