Flyball Bootcamp with Shelly Switick of Precision Flyball

Boot camps with Shelly Switick of Precision Flyball Training are the perfect opportunity to troubleshoot any issue you may be having with box turns, catching, ball spitting or chasing, over-arousal, etc. Shelly has 15 years of Flyball experience and has worked with breeds of dogs, from the dachshunds to a borzoi! This seminar will be also be helpful to progress dogs that have a basic foundation in Flyball training (retrieve, learning jump commitment, trading toys, impulse control, etc). Ages 4-7 months are recommended for a 1 day spot (exceptions can be made) and dogs 7 months and older can participate in multiple working days. There will be maximum working time - with a lot of fast talking lecture thrown in so I can share as much of my training methods and secret sauce as possible.

The Handler focus day will center around learning the mechanics of the human side of the dog team. Becoming a confident and consistent starter, have the most efficient release position, and learning how to pass/adjust like a pro. There will be lecture/explanations and then hands on learning after each subject matter.
