Bread, Roots & Ritual: A Summer Solstice Gathering

This special workshop invites you to honor the light, fullness, and vitality of the season — while reconnecting with the ancestral roots that nourish your spirit.

Together, we will:
✨ Ground in a welcoming circle, reflecting on what the solstice represents in our lives
✨ Explore bread-making as an ancient, nourishing act of connection
✨ Create a beautiful "Sun Loaf"
✨ Engage in sensory mindfulness practices that weave breath, body, and baking together
✨ Reflect on foods and traditions from our lineage, tapping into the stories held within us
✨ Share a light snack, tea, and community as we celebrate the longest day of the year

What's Included:
🍞 Hands-on sourdough bread crafting (you’ll shape and flavor your own Sun Loaf to take home and bake)
🌿 Reflection prompts, journaling space, and group connection
🌞 Take-home recipes, instructions, and a special solstice blessing card

What to bring:

• Medium sized mixing bowl
• Medium sized tea towel
• Measuring cups: 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup, tablespoon and teaspoon

This will not be your ordinary baking class.
Here, we move slowly. We honor the sacredness in simple acts. We celebrate the light within and around us.

Spots are limited to keep the gathering intimate

Important Notes:

Your loaf will not be baked until the following day, at home.

All or components of this gathering will be outside, please dress accordingly to the weather.
