Yoga Class

Mondays through mid-August, join instructor Tyra for small group classes, held in the Inn's state-of-the-art fitness center. Whether you're shaking up your workout routine, or finding your vacation motivation, all skill levels ages 15+ are welcome. Equipment provided.

YOGA:
9am | Mondays

Simple flowing sequences of yoga postures and poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Slower-paced stretches, in harmony with breath work, make warming the body and calming the nervous system the focus of this class.
