Join in a circle in community to sing simple songs that invite your soul to lovingly resonate with others and the sacred Earth.
So many of us feel overwhelmed and or disconnected from our bodies, the Earth and each other these days and the act of singing can bring us back into a connective resonance with all these relationships that can help us to feel more resourced and resilient.
Each month there will be guided practices to welcome us into our embodied awareness including waking up our voices as well as simple songs that will be taught and shared. You're welcome to bring songs or just come to be in the practice and learning together.
No experience with singing needed and everyone who can talk can sing so no expectations to even "sound good." This is a practice that emphasizes connection, play and creation.
