Women’s Health programme in partnership with Posh Foundation

We have an exciting new project starting with POSH Foundation. It is completely free for you ladies to attend and participate. Each week we will do different activities at different places so keep an eye out on what’s happening. You don’t have to attend all sessions you can choose what you want or you can attend all 12. I hope you all take part in this wonderful program. 🩷
