Wellness Workshop: Getting the Most from Your Health Care Appointment

These in-person workshops, led by Self-Management, Central East focus on various aspects of self-care and wellness. To learn more, visit ceselfmanagement.ca.

This workshop prepares and empowers individuals to communicate more effectively with their healthcare providers by focusing on what to do before, during and after an appointment and uses action planning to optimize people’s health.

We will use a variety of learning resources, including information sharing, videos, tools and a resource manual that supports the individual with integrating the skills into their next appointment.
