Try Running 5-Mile Session

Our FREE Try Running 5 miles sessions are aimed at anyone who is a regular runner but wants to join others in a safe, supportive and social group.

The 5 mile sessions are all being held at Ferry Meadows and are led by our volunteer run leaders who have all completed a leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) qualification.

Meeting point: Visitor Centre, Ferry Meadows

The sessions are FREE to attend thanks to funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the Your Community Greenspace project.
