For this month's tap takeover, we continue to celebrate breweries we love but don't have on nearly enough. These two breweries are both putting out incredible beers, but their styles are on opposite sides of the spectrum enabling us to put on two breweries that are top of their game quality wise, but their beers are completely different.
Newbarns brewery out of Leith are known for making absolutely stunning clean beer. Top class lagers, clean pales, and some of the best straight forward stouts we have ever seen. They don't tend to brew to the latest fads, instead choosing to stay more traditional with the emphasis on attention to detail. If you haven't had the opportunity to try their beers, this is a great opportunity to...the beers they are sending are really special!
Gravity Well out of London is the second side of this month's tap takeover. Although we have been fortunate enough to have their beers on a bit more often, it hasn't' been nearly often enough. These guys tend to pack a load of flavour into their beers. The styles they produce tend to lean more towards the trendy side of things. They will be bringing haze for days, but that's not all...a lager and a sour are on the cards as well. These guys are super exciting and they make incredible beer.
We feel that these two breweries are some of the top breweries in the Uk at the moment. We are so happy to be able to bring them in to showcase what they are producing.
So we are proud to say that on Friday the 27th of June, we will be welcoming Newbarns and Gravity Well to take over the taps!
This is not something you are going to want to miss.
