Sunset Yoga & Sunflowers

WEATHER PERMITTING
Join Helen for an approximate 45 minutes of gentle Yoga outside, suitable for beginners followed by a mindful walk amongst the Sunflowers. Ending at Sunset (approx 8:30pm) with a seated meditation amongst the flowers.

Investment £10:00 per person. This includes the walk and the picking of one sunflower. (an extra £1 per each additional flower)

Essentials:
Insect repellent/epi pen if required
Sturdy Shoes (uneven ground)
Water
A Yoga Mat
Optional Cushion & blanket
Warm layers preferably covering arms and legs.
Something to cut your flowers.

Please be aware there are NO toilet facilities only nature's garden/bush.
