Peter Coleman is a bass lay clerk at Peterborough Cathedral. In this concert, he'll be performing alongside Adam Heron, who is currently Organ Scholar at the cathedral.
The church will be open from 3.30pm and light refreshments (hot & cold drinks and biscuits) will be available before the concert.
The concert will begin promptly at 4pm. Admission is free, but those who are able to afford it are asked to make a donation. The suggested amount is £8.

About Peter Coleman:
Peter Coleman is a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, with an MA in Music Therapy. Whilst studying for his degree he depped in various chapel choirs such as Sidney Sussex, Selwyn and Pembroke choirs, as well as singing regularly with the choir of Peterhouse College. He has sung regularly with Cambridge University Gilbert and Sullivan Society, as well as the Cambridge University Opera Society and Velocirapture productions, during his time in Cambridge. As well as this he regularly sings solo roles in opera ensembles in London (Kentish Opera, St Albans Chamber Opera, Curious Opera Company etc.) as well as Oxford (Oxford Opera Society) and Birmingham (Midland Opera). He currently works as a bass lay clerk at Peterborough Cathedral, as well as depping regularly with various London choirs (St George's Hanover Square, St. John's Wood Church). He also works as a freelance music therapist in the Cambridgeshire and London areas.
About Adam Heron:
Adam is currently Organ Scholar at Peterborough Cathedral, where he has a major role in playing the organ for services and supporting the training of the choristers.
Adam grew up in Durham and had piano lessons from a young age, later learning to play the organ. He studied engineering at the University of Sheffield after which he moved back to Durham and worked in renewable energy for 3 years, throughout which he maintained a busy schedule of freelance musical work. In 2024 Adam made the decision to pursue a full-time career in music, taking up the Organ Scholarship at Peterborough Cathedral in September last year. In September he will be moving cathedrals and take up the position of Organ Scholar at Coventry Cathedral.
