SPECIAL OUTSIDE EVENT Sonic gong and sound bath

Come and join us for an evening to experience the amazing benefits of pure sound and sonic healing. Immersed in the vibrational beauty of the gongs and their ancient benefits. This time outside in the fresh air with the added sounds of nature. It’s a wonderful space to feel connected to earth.

Facilitating healing, restoration and balance there are few experiences so deep and restorative as gong healing.

Relaxed and lying down in our tranquil center, wrapped in the space of love, harmony and mindful peace. Healing moments in a sacred space.

Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or picnic mat we cannot provide them for outside, a comfy pillow/cushion for your head and blanket to wrap yourself in. We don’t have outside equipment so it’s important you bring you own for comfort.

*Please no earlier than arrive 15mins before start of session to get settled down.

Please note: These sessions are not suitable during early (1st trimester) pregnancy or for anyone with epilepsy or serious mental health issues.

All tickets booked will only be transferred in case of rain and updates will be available during the day. Fingers crossed the weather will be gorgeous. Summer will be here ☀️
