Pilates workshop

My next workshop will be on Saturday 19th July. These are held at St B’s Hall, Yaxley from 9-11.30am.

It is a great way to learn how to use some of the extra equipment we use in classes such as the hedgehog and the spiky balls.

We work through a 1.5 hour class then break for refreshments, coffee, herbal teas, fruit and cake! �

We then spend half an hour using a combination of the hedgehog and spiky balls and I show you how to release different muscle groups in the body. We end on a long relaxation where you get to bring a blanket and just drift off.

It’s the perfect way to start your weekend. I have a range of clients attending these sessions and all abilities are welcome. �
