New Weekly Pilates Class

Join me for a new pilates class every Wednesday, 10:00–10:45am.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing for years, this class is ready for you.

This 45-minute class will help you:
- Build strength
- Improve flexibility
- Feel more balanced in body & mind

Everyone is welcome – just bring yourself ready to get strong!
