You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Market Deeping Community Primary School Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (MDCP PTFA)

What is the AGM for?
The AGM is an opportunity to:
• Hear about what the PTFA has achieved over the past year
• Review and approve the annual financial report
• Elect Trustees and support roles for the coming year
• Share new ideas and help shape upcoming events

MDCP PTFA Roles Open for Nomination
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help fill the following roles:
Trustee Roles
• Chair
• Vice-Chair
• Secretary
Event & Activity Support Roles
• Disco Coordinator – Help plan and run school discos
• Poster Maker – Design and print posters etc
• Game Organiser – Plan and manage games at events
• Shopper – Purchase supplies for events, as needed
• Raffle Organiser – Source prizes and run raffles
• Stall Organiser – Coordinate event stalls and volunteers
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to get involved! Many roles can be shared.
If you are interested in standing for any of the roles or would like to nominate someone, please attend the meeting.
Your support makes a real difference to our school community. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, we’d love to see you at the AGM.
