Are you a parent or caregiver looking to better understand and support your child’s early development? Join us for a FREE educational session on Early Childhood Development, designed to empower and equip you with practical knowledge and tools.
The session is part of an ECD project at Compas Charity, funded by the Community Fund.
This interactive session will help you:
- Understand the stages of early childhood development
- Learn effective parenting strategies to support cognitive, emotional, and social growth
- Build stronger, more positive parent-child relationships
- Gain confidence in managing common parenting challenges

A Project by Compas Charity, PeterboroughWhat Does Compas Offer?
- Support for anyone in need, through advice, interpretation, and advocacy services that help with integration into British society
- Education and youth development programmes, including early years services, cultural enrichment, adult learning, and family support initiatives
- Projects include the Peterborough Cultural Centre - an inclusive space for exhibitions, arts, language workshops, and social events, fostering intercultural dialogue and creativity
- Additional initiatives span community libraries, youth clubs, health and wellbeing services, mentoring, and advice centres such as for the EU Settlement Scheme, job support, and CV writing assistance
