Chair Yoga is for everyone!
Bringing the traditions of a Yoga practice to the chair making Yoga accessible to all.
The chair supports the body while you move through a traditional Yoga practice. Warm ups, breathing exercises, mobilising and flexibility. Sun salutation and strengthening exercises. Ending with a relaxation/meditation.

Improved circulation through movement and breath work, joint mobility & flexibility, strength, reduced stress and anxiety, mindfulness, developing friendships and more.
What you need?
A strap
A cushion
Yoga mat if possible.
Bottled water and any medication you may require.
Wear comfortable layers you can move in.
Traditionally practised barefoot however you are welcome to practice in socks if you prefer.
You will be required to complete a medical screening form prior to the first session in order to offer you a safe practice.
