Pilates at the Point

Join us uly 18th at 7pm at the beautiful Petawawa Point beach for an outdoors pilates class offered in partnership with the Town of Petawawa’s Civic Centre Days. Pre-Registration through the Town is required, stay tuned for the sign up link. Cost is $15 per person.

This class is open to all levels, so whether you're a seasoned pilates practitioner or brand new to the practice, come as you are and soak up the serenity of the beach.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise system designed to strengthen muscles, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and promote overall body awareness. It focuses on controlled movements, breathwork, and core activation, making it an effective practice for building strength and stability.
