Baby Wearing Dance Class

Join us for a joyful 30-minute babywearing dance class designed for moms with babies newborn-12 months old! Move your body to fun, upbeat music in a safe and supportive environment. This low-impact, feel-good class is all about healthy movement, easing postpartum tension, and bonding with your baby—all while wearing them close.

After we dance, stick around for a relaxing 30-minute social “hang” with certified lactation consultant Miss Marie. Connect with other moms, ask questions, and take advantage of our baby weigh station available during class time.
