The concert concludes with Maurice Ravel’s enchanting Mother Goose Suite (Ma Mère l'Oye), originally composed for piano four hands in 1910 and later orchestrated for ballet in 1911. For this performance, we return to Ravel’s original four-hand arrangement - infused with a creative twist: the added vibrancy of live percussion.
