This program offers clarification on the 4 distinct Classical Hatha Yoga programs offered by Isha Foundation: Yogasanas, Surya Kriya, Angamardana and Bhuta Shuddi, and dedicated time for questions. It offers the experience of one of the four Sequences of Angamardana - a fitness system rooted in yoga that offers the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
