If the timeout signal is called, the current player may finish their turn. All action must stop afterward and await resolution.
ใRESOLUTIONใ
โข The player with more Security Cards wins.
โข If tied, the player with more cards left in their deck wins.
โข If still tied, the player with more Digimon in the battle area wins.
โข Still tied? The player with more cards in hand wins.
โข Still tied? Settle it with 1 round of Rock-Paper-Scissors.
