Rules:
1. Japanese and English version deck is allowed but CANNOT MIX both version in one deck.
2. Players using Japanese version deck must follow the list of Banned, Restricted and Limited of Japanese version.
On the other hand, players using English version deck must follow the the list of Banned, Restricted and Limited of English version
Prize Structure:
< 8 players
1st place: 2 D booster packs + 1 promo pack
2nd - Last place: 1 D booster pack + 1 promo pack
8-16 players
1st place: 3 D booster packs + 1 promo pack
2nd place: 2 D booster packs + 1 promo pack
3rd - Last place: 1 D booster pack + 1 promo pack
