This self-defense class is intended for high schoolers, those heading off to college, and adults of all ages. New to the topic or looking to brush up on your skills? Learn from by Trinity Cummings and others that have multiple years of martial arts experience. This class will focus on simple but effective steps to help keep yourself safe.
