In this workshop, you will learn all of Kheanna's signature floorwork moves which include sensual leg movements, kips, drops and balances.

There will be many variations, regressions and progressions given according to your level.

Here is a chance for you to break down and master certain floor tricks and transitions you've been dying to learn.. and on both sides.

No matter what, you will leave the studio with a dynamic repertoire of sequences you can put into you next routine.
