The autumn equinox allows us to find balance in ourselves as we take cues from Mother Nature and begin to embrace the slow-down season. It’s a time to evaluate where and how we spend our energy as day and night come into perfect harmony. We’ll invite balance for the new season through a 60 minute gentle flow class led by Dani followed by a 30 minute guided meditation by Brandy. Allow yourself the time and space to let go of what isn’t serving you and transition into a new, more balanced season.
