Are you ‘hooked’ on crochet? Do you enjoy having a ‘yarn’? Want to become part of a tight ‘knit’ and welcoming community?
Enjoy our FREE weekly crochet & knitting sessions with the friendly members of the Canning Agricultural, Horticultural & Recreational Society (CAHRS) community for Woolly Wednesdays.
Whether you just want space to work on your own project, need inspiration for award-winning Canning Show Exhibition creations, share skills to help others, troubleshoot with likeminded fans of woolly good creations, looking to take your own projects to the next level, or just after a jolly good yarn, this is the crafty, relaxed, creative, fun-loving and social group to help share the yarn love!
Now running for 10+ years, we welcome new members to join this off the ‘hook’ group of yarn enthusiasts!

Held in newly renovated Vickery Building
TO BRING:
It’s recommended if you’re a beginner knitter to start out with a ball of 8 ply wool in the colour of your choice and a pair of 4mm needles. Or if you’re a beginner crocheter start with a ball of 8 ply wool in the colour of your choice and a 5mm crochet hook.
More experienced? Bring a fave project you're working on, and possibly looking for feedback on.
