Volunteers Moot

We're having a working afternoon next Saturday (31 Jan) in the Village Hall to try and brainstorm a few ways ahead for the Scout Group. Sort of a moot between all adult volunteers (and any interested parents). The scope of the gathering has grown significance in the past week or since the changes to PVGs were announced.

In addition to PVGs, we'll look at sharing jobs between more adults, looking at our development plan (sort of next 5 years), then look at risks (to the Group, not RAs) and chat about any material improvements you'd like. Lots of breaks for tea and biscuits and - for those that imbibe - trip to the pub afterwards.
