Hello lovely people! I am a Vinyasa and Yin style yoga teacher from Scotland, qualified in Rishikesh, India for my 300hr and Bali for my 200hr.

Setting up out door classes in Freo for sunrise and sunset for anyone and everyone to join.
All levels welcome.

While both classes focus primarily on breath awareness and observation of the mind, the sunrise session will be a slightly more energising flow and the sunset a slower, deeper flow.
