Feeling a little restless in that weird space between Christmas and New Year when you don't know what day or year it is??
Get your focus back with this training run on the Yaberoo Heritage Trail training run with Kara.
Meet at Burns Beach Road entrance for a 28km out and back (to Romeo Road and back) - or whatever part of the run you want to get on board with.
Meet at 6:15am for a 6:30am kick off. Please ensure you have all of your own water / nutrition etc.
