Join Claire Franklin from Coach Claire Running and NSRG for a 21km out and back on the Yaberoo Heritage Trail for a training run.
Do the full 21km or turn around whenever you want and return to the start. Be at the Burns Beach Road entrance 10-15 minutes early to make sure you are ready to go.
Bring your own water and nutrition.
