RCRA SANCTIONED CLASSES
- ISTC Junior Sportsman - capped at 10 entries
- ISTC 21.5t - capped at 30 entries
- ISTC 13.5t - capped at 30 entries
- ISTC Modified - capped at 20 entries
- 1:12th Modified - capped at 10 entries
- 1:12th 13.5t - capped at 10 entries
DEMONSTRATION CLASSES
VTA - capped at 12 entries
F1 - capped at 12 entries
Notes: Your entry into the event is not confirmed until payment is received
Payment is via Direct Deposit only no payments will be accepted at the canteen

Please ensure correct transponder numbers are added as this will help the setup of the event
Please note that any entries or payments not received after 5 October 2025 cannot be guaranteed a place due to time restrictions on rounds and tyre availability. Any entry received after this date will be accepted at the discretion of the club and the entrant will be advised as soon as possible.
There must be a minimum of 5 entries for a sanctioned class to be recognized as a championship class and attract RCRA points. Any class with less than 5 entries will be run at the discretion of the club. All entrants in championship classes must be a member of an RCRA affiliated club. Please not that cross entering between ISTC classes is not permitted.
FEES
First class = $80
Second and subsequent classes = $40
ISTC 21.5 Junior Sportsman FREE
Demonstration Class = $40
Entries and payments received after the 5th October will incur a $50 fee
TYRES
The ISTC class control tyre will be the Volante V9X Evolution 36R Premium Pre-Glued Tire Set. All other classes, including the sanctioned 12th scale modified class, are open tyre.
The Volante V9X Evolution 36R will be $45.00 per set.
Tyre limits will be:
ISTC 21.5 (Sportsman) - 2 sets
ISTC 13.5 (Stock) - 3 sets
ISTC Modified - 4 sets
ISTC Junior Sportsman - 1 set
12th scale modified - no limit
Formula 1 - no limit (rubber only)
VTA - no limit (IAW WCMRC Local Rules)
Control tyres will be available for purchase when submitting your entry form. Tyres will be available for collection from the track at the beginning of the event.
Please note that tyre treatment and tyre will be controlled and supplied by the club and will be as follows:
Control Traction Compound for all classes - ATS Asphalt Tire Additive for TC & 1/12th - RCM-ATSA
Control Cleaner for Rubber Tyres only - Dominate Rubber Tire Cleaner - RCM-DOM
