In a world that constantly encourages us to Be More, Do More, Achieve, and so on, it's important to take time out to breathe and simply be present in the moment. In a world where busyness is worn like a badge of honour, it's important even if only for a short while to shut it all out and take time to look after your own health and well-being.

When we take time to nurture ourselves first, then we have time, space, and energy to support, help, and advocate for the wider community. We can not pour from an empty cup 🙌✨️
