Safe Spaces

Join us on July 26th from 1-4 pm.

We will be providing some delicious afternoon tea and some mindfulness art activities available for you to enjoy at your own pace.

This is a casual event for bereaved parents, simply a space to just feel seen and safe in your thoughts and feelings. There is no pressure to share your story - simply come and relax in a supportive environment.

Important: This session is not suitable for babies, children or if you are currently pregnant.

We hope to see you there for an afternoon of connection, understanding, and support.
