Melbourne-based pianist James O’Brien has rapidly emerged as a rising star of the Australian jazz scene. With a sound that is both inventive and deeply rooted in jazz tradition, James has already performed alongside luminaries including Kate Ceberano, Dick Oatts, Remy Le Boeuf, Jamie Oehlers, Mat Jodrell, Sam Anning, and Gian Slater.

A graduate of WAAPA and a regular feature at leading festivals across the country, James now brings his dynamic quintet to the stage for a very special one-night-only performance.
