The Cockburn Rotary Spring Fair ft. FROSH Youth Festival is back for another huge year. Follow the white rabbit down to Manning Park and join Alice and friends for a wonderland of fun. Sideshow alley, a huge program of live stage entertainment, carnival rides and so much more.
