Paris Nights with Catherine Summers Quartet

Fresh from a trip to Paris, I’m returning to one of my favourite places to perform—The Ellington Jazz Club—for a night of music and storytelling close to my heart. I love nothing more than sharing songs that transport people somewhere magical—and this time, it's the romance and charm of a Parisian jazz club.

You can expect some beautiful French classics like Edith Piaf’s Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien, La Vie En Rose, and Milord, along with Charles Trenet’s Que Reste-t-Il. I’ll also be including favourites like Ella Fitzgerald’s April in Paris—songs that capture the feeling of a time and place so many of us dream about.

I’ll be joined by a brilliant band, and together we’ll bring a little bit of Paris to The Ellington. With warmth, humour, and a few stories along the way, I hope to take you on a journey through the music and spirit of that era. It’s always a joy to sing at The Ellington, and I can’t wait to share this special evening with you.
