What: 6x 90-minute workshops geared toward improving physical, mental and emotional well-being

When: Every Wednesday 30th April - 4 June, 4:00pm to 5:30pm

Where: The Shed - 27 Birchington Street, Beckenham

Who: Women aged 60+, though younger ladies are invited to join

Facilitator: Achieve balance, strength, and vitality with Dorothea Bassett, a certified Kinesiology Practitioner specializing in Touch for Health® and Brain Gym®. Through Live and Learn, she empowers clients with natural therapies like kinesiology and Nordic walking.

Price: This program has been subsidised by an Alike WA Pay It Forward Grant. Each session is $5 per person

Catering: Tea and coffee included. Bottled water and soft drinks $2 each.

Parking: Free parking is available inside our main gate, along the street, or in the vacant lot beside the premises.
