Celebrate Mother’s Day with a creative and mindful workshop - Upcycle & Repair with Patches led by Claudia Richards and Tegan Jenkins. This workshop is in collaboration with the EMRC.

Upcycle and Repair with Patches Workshop

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to create a beautiful hexi-flower patch to cover marks, holes, or logos on your clothing. Using simple hand-stitching techniques, you’ll craft a unique patch from scrap materials, which you can sew onto an item of clothing at the swap, or one you bring from home. Or to just keep for later when you need a patch for a repair!

The workshop will run from 10am to 12pm. Registrations are free but essential, and places are limited.

A clothing swap will run from 11am to 1pm, with registrations not required.
